Offering over 30 years in construction, South Bend native Al Lusk founded Premier 1 Construction in 2017 with a desire to better serve area clients by joining his depth of experience and knowledge with the strong business and community relationships he has been building and enjoying for a lifetime.
Al began his career in construction with Verkler, Inc., serving as supervisor, safety director, and project manager. Al then transitioned to Holladay Construction Group where he worked for over ten years, serving as a Senior Project Manager on a multitude of construction projects.
Al’s goal with Premier 1 Construction is to provide his clients with the highest quality, integrity, and cost-effectiveness for their construction objectives.
Doug Bobeck, a previous long-time colleague of Al’s, joined Premier 1 Construction in 2017 as the Director of Field Operations. With 20 years prior work with Ancon Construction and 10 with Holladay Construction Group, Doug brings 30 years of experience to Premier 1 Construction.
Together, Al and Doug deliver their solid area connections and robust work ethic to provide their Premier 1 Construction clients with Design-Build, General Contracting, Construction Management, Scheduling, and Pre-Construction and Construction Method Consulting.
